Life is a (Board) Game Reflective Space is an opportunity to take a few minutes to reflect on life. The space has five spoken word video pieces and ten ancient Proverbs represented through the graphic design ideas of calligrams and colour block. It is a joint project with In Another Place and could be seen as part of their Castle Events in The Hexagon (Bootle Strand) from April to September 2022.
“Time Out” is a chance to engage with nature’s sounds, relax, take time out from the busyness of life and pause and reflect. It is a free event with tea and coffee. You can just sit and enjoy nature, bring your sketchbook to paints or draw, read a book or just have a brew. “Time Out” was on Thursday 2nd of September 2021 10-4 at South Park Community Garden Bootle.
North Park Community Garden hosts Life:Reflect:2020. This FREE text-based installation gives you an opportunity to reflect on the last few months and its impact on you, your family and friends and encourages you to reimagine what comes next. It was a joint project with The Gateway Collective from July – September 2020.
Life is a collection of 23 images taken over the last 5 years or so. Each scene, text or image was captured for use as part of his reflective journey and are used regularly in his day to day life. Located in North Park Community Garden (in Bootle) which is run by The Gateway Collective and was on Saturday 10th August 2019.
